I searched many sites for 21st birthday cakes and this is what I made. I made three 12" cakes stacked and two 8" cakes stacked both cut at an angle to give the slanted look. Cut out a section of the bottom cake to fit the top cake in. Covered with pink MM fondant then stacked atop one another. Stars made the night before and attached to drink sticks. I bought the bottle from the local grocer.

I tried to think of ideas for 21st birthday cakes and came up with this one. I started with two round tiers, a 12-inch and a 10-inch. I used two edible images - photos of the birthday girl as a baby and a recent photo, and wrote 'From Bottles to Bottles Happy Birthday Shannon' on the top, decorating it with small plastic baby bottles and martini glasses.
I visited a large liquor store chain and purchased 24 actual little liquor bottles and glued dowels to the back of each and stuck them around the top tier, using the bottom tier as a ledge. The lower edge of the bottom tier is simply decorated with colorful curling ribbon.
