I made this Bears cake for my daughter and son-in-law’s 5th wedding anniversary. The end result was really effective and it was quite easy to do. I started with a basic Victoria sponge cake and covered it with colored fondant icing. The bears are also made with fondant icing strengthened with Tylo powder which helps it to harden and therefore makes it easier to handle the bears as they go quite hard.
