princess ariel
I've seen these made and they looked amazing so when my daughter fell in love with this Ariel doll i thought i would attempt to suprise her and attempt it myself. i used a rubber ring mold for the cake it self as it didn't rise as high as the actual doll i made a second one and layered the cake i used an electric bread knife to carve the shape exactly as i wanted i find these really quick and easy to use for slicing a cake in half or leveling a surface of a cake. i then stood Ariel inside the ring part of the cake and decorated it, unfortunately i didn't mix quite enough frosting but my daughter loved it none the less!!!
