After browsing cakes on this site, I saw the original Bananas in Pajamas cake and thought yep my little two year old daughter loves them too, so this would be the perfect cake. I used most of the original submitters tips, but piped on all of the blue and white icing and smoothed it down with the end of a teaspoon.
The shoes are two white Honey Jumbles biscuits made by Arnotts. I raised the hands above the cake as they looked funny just being molded in with the blue and white. Sides of the cake are blue, bottom side is white.
Same ornamental decorations – chocolate licorice log, licorice strap cut up for eyes/mouth, marshmallows and smarties.
