Barnyard Birthday

I baked a whole chocolate sheet cake and when it cooled I mixed the whipped cream with Hershey cocoa powder to make it taste a little bit more like chocolate and it also made it stiffer.When the cake was iced I got green food coloring and put it in a sandwich bag with coconut.That made the grass in the barnyard.The number 1 is actually a brownie I baked and cut out into a number 1.I laid it on top of the cake and free handed Happy Birthday Cassidy on it.It was her first birthday.If it is another number birthday,obviously you would cut the number to the shape of another.I used a tip to make the white fence on the side of the cake to look like a fence. The animals were just little barnyard animals I found at Target.
