This was my first cake creation I ever made. It was fairly simple. I took a box of cake from the store and followed the direction on the box. I emptied half the batter in a Pyrex bowl (made for oven) half way and baked it at 350 degrees until done. I let it cool for a whole day. I use white icing from a can and spread it. I used red M&M for the lace to make a baseball effect.
For the cupcakes I pour the rest of the batter in cupcake tin. Iced then with the same icing and used licorice for the lace effect.
