This was such a great idea that I found on here by combining the best ideas from this website into one cake, it was super easy to make. Started out with 2- 9 x 13 Vanilla box cakes, in between the layers I added chocolate fudge icing, on top is homemade butter creme icing, the ocean is butter creme icing with 3 squirts of blue food coloring.
The sand is brown sugar and we bought the umbrellas from the local party store, beach blankets are airheads and chocolate chip teddy grams for the little people. Regular mint life savers with green decorator’s tip store bought icing.
My nephew loved it sooo much, and the whole luau pool party theme that we had to go along with it!
