Why should you buy a used cake pan on eBay?
- On eBay you'll find almost every cake pan that has ever existed
- You know exactly what you're getting (and you know it'll work... ;-)
- You'll probably use it only once, so why even think about buying a new one?!

I made this Betty Boop cake with two oval pans. Once they were done I did a "crumb coat" and then did a basket weave over top of it. I then did a rope border. Two days before, I did an outline of Betty Boop in 'colour flow' icing. The day after that I colored in her face and dress leaving the facial features out until the end.
The idea came from my boyfriend's little sister, since it was her favorite character she wanted it for her birthday. Just a tip *make sure when doing the colour flow that you let the outline (black) rest over night before you fill in the rest. Let that dry and then add facial features. Enjoy! I know I did!
