This birthday cake is about 18″ long cake and the breath is about 12″. I made it for my student in the church during one of our inter-house sports games, the idea for the cake came from there.
The cake is decorated in royal icing and the green field in the middle is shredded coconut coloured in green. The athletes were improvised with football players, as athletes are not available. The kids loved it.
