My friend told me she wasn’t going to have a wedding cake, so I said that if she didn’t mind, I would make one and they could use it for pudding.
So I made one chocolate and one plain victoria sponge cake (1 small round one and 2 large sqaure ones of each flavour) and came up with this! They were about 3ft tall and I placed them on a board measuring 4ft by 4ft.
It fed 120 people and looked pretty impressive!
