I saw a photo online of a birthday cake very similar to this one. The cake is a 10" base with an 8" and 6" top. I pre-made the rainbow, and decorations out of fondant. It is iced with butter cream icing. I inserted two dowels behind the rainbow to support it (it was really heavy). I purchased the care bear cake toppers off of e-bay. Overall I think it turned out how I wanted. My daughter loved it.Thanks for looking.
