My grand-daughter loved her Care Bear inspired, 3rd birthday cake! This cake consists of 2 separate layered round cakes. The icing was dyed using Wilton’s Care Bear dye. Fondant was also dyed and cut into hearts and stars. Edible glitter was used on the clouds, which were made with whipped icing. Finally, the rainbow banner was made out of heavy cardstock.
