Homemade Birthday Bear Cake
I made this Birthday Bear Cake for my daughter's first birthday. It actually has two full box cake mixes used plus about a half of a batch of rice treats. I used the Pampered chef batter bowl for the body and molded the rest out of rice treats.
The gift beside the bear is two 8X8's stacked. Everything is completely edible and she was so excited when she saw it, and even more when she realized she could eat it!! This was the best birthday cake I could have asked for. It turned out perfect, even though it did take a good bit of time to get it just the way I wanted it. I love to make cake designs from scratch it makes me feel so creative when they turn out so neat!!
