Homemade 1st Birthday Elephant Cake
I made this 1st Birthday Elephant Cake for my son's first birthday. I traced the picture from a wall sticker in his room and then made it bigger by photocopying it to the size I wanted.
Once the cake (vanilla) was made I put the template on top and cut around to form the elephant. Then I made blue butter cream for icing and decorated the outline with licorice strip. The toes were pink jelly beans and the eyes were jelly lollies.
The kids loved it and it tasted really nice too!
