Homemade 1st Birthday Topsy Turvey Cake
This 1st Birthday Topsy Turvey Cake was the first Topsy Turvy cake I have done. It was for my daughter's first birthday. I actually got the idea from another one on this site so thanks for that!
It is a devils food chocolate with butter cream icing and fondant. I made the stars out of sugar paste and stuck the wires into them (I did this a couple days before the cake was made).
The shapes are cut-outs of coloured fondant and I made the bow out of fondant as well (also the first time!)
