Coolest 4th Birthday Barbie Cake 264

My niece wanted a homemade 4th birthday Barbie cake with Stars and Big Hearts. So after 6 cake mixes and many different bowls I finally finished it. I used the Wilton's doll dress pan. The only problem I had is for some reason I couldn't get the center of the cake to finish cooking. This was my 2nd attempt.

I placed the cake on top of a 9x13 cake pan for the bottom. The back of the dress is like a wedding dress train with small hearts going down the back as it is in the front with the larger hearts. Needless to say this cake looks better than it will taste, so we will be picking up cupcakes from the store on our way to her party.

Thanks to this site I was able to find so many ideas, I couldn't pick just one.
