Coolest Baby Cake

This baby cake was awesome to make and everybody LOVED it. I am an amature cake maker and I am on this website almost daily. I made this cake from an idea off of this website and made it my own.

I baked 2 8″ round cakes and 1 9″ round cake and cooled them overnight. I used 3 tubs of icing and colored one 3/4 with ivory tone coloring from the cake store and used it for the skin. I used 17 gauge star tip and white icing for the diaper-to make it look full. I had not ever done star tips before so the wonderful ladies at the cake store showed me how to do it and how to make the stars look great. I them used blue food coloring and white icing for the eyes and the names.

My mother had some rubber duckies for the party so we sterilized them and placed them around the cake for a little added touch. This is the fourth cake I have ever made and it is by far my favourite!
