Homemade Baby Cake
This Baby Cake was a real challenge. I used fondant and icing to get the look I needed. I needed a soft look for the baby hat and a smooth look for the baby blanket. I used food coloring to change the color of my fondant.
I made the baby parts first and painted them with food coloring and placed in the refrigerator to harden the pieces. I also used my #2 tip to give the bed a soft look.
This cake was fun to do and the completed cake is sure to catch someone's eye.
