Homemade Baby Einstein Cake

This Baby Einstein Cake is a three tier Topsy Turvy cake with hand made baby Einstein character figurines (fondant). Three gourmet flavors. I had to make the figurines a week ahead of time to give them long enough to dry completely through.

I used sugar glue to attach everything to the cake. Delicious!

This is perhaps the most beautiful decorated cake I have ever seen. I seen many cakes, weddings and all, but this is so very unique, it's gorgeous! Fantastic job!
