I made this Homemade Baby Shower Cake with 2 sheet cakes filled with butter cream icing and frosted. Then for the belly and boobies I used a soccer ball pan and cup cakes. I covered those with marshmallow fondant. I made the little baby out of the fondant and decorated the cake with butter cream icing.
