For my daughter’s 7th birthday, I wanted to try something that we hadn’t done before. She loves Barbie so we gave it a shot! It was my first time baking/making a Barbie Birthday cake, let alone something more than a sheet cake! lol.
It was an all day project for me, as I have 4 kids plus 2 I babysit for, but the smile on my baby’s face was TOTALLY worth every second I spent preparing this cake for her!
