This Barbie cake was a super fun cake to make. I did a 9″ round cake, and used the Wilton wonder mold pan for the dress. I simply frosted the round in white, and the dress in pink.
I then used the star tip for the bodice of the dress. After I finished with the extra little touches, I used edible cake glitter in pink and purple on the dress. (I held the Barbie’s hair up with a small clippie, which gave a nice up-do too).
This is my very first attempt at such a project, and I was quite pleased with how uncomplicated it really was. My little princess just loved it.
