Barbi Doll Cake
I used the Wilton doll dress pan and then placed that on top of a 9x13 cake to give the dress of the Barbie Doll cake more height. I wrapped a Barbie in plastic wrap and stuck her in the dress.
I then iced the dress and bodice with the star tip. I used little silver candy balls to add sparkle. I have used them many times since (worth getting!)
The cake was for my daughter's third birthday. She loved it, but I think I would do it for a later birthday if I was doing it again. A bit older child might appreciate the effort involved more!
