Homemade Barbie Fairy Cake
Every year I like to make them a homemade birthday cake for my son and daughter. I think it is something that will really stand out to them when they get older. So for my daughter's 2nd birthday I really wanted to make her something that she would love and she loved Barbies. I actually used this website as a reference for my Barbie Fairy Cake.
I used the fairy Barbie because she was shorter, so she fit more easily into the cake. I baked the cake in a Pyrex bowl. I measured the Barbie next to the bowl to make sure she would fit.
After it cooled I frosted it with powdered sugar frosting dyed pink. For extra decoration I used non edible jewels I got from the craft section in Walmart.
My daughter absolutely loved it and wants me to make another this year. Its much easier then it looks and so much fun.
