Homemade Barbie Princess Birthday Cake
I made this Barbie Princess Birthday Cake for a 4 year old little girl. I used a whole Barbie, double wrapped her bottom half with seran wrap. Baked a cake according to directions for a "Doll Cake". Baked my cake in a 5" stainless steel bowl and a 5" round cake pan. I took a long serrated knife and cut a slit into the top center of the layered cake (5-layers), inserted the doll.
Used MMF fondant, edible shimmer dust, large candy sprinkles and silver edible shimmer paint. Cake serves 10-12 people.
