Homemade Basket Of Flowers Cake
This Basket Of Flowers Cake is the cake I made for the cake decorating class. It is a rectangle cake with basket weave done on the sides with chocolate buttercream icing. The flowers are Wilton roses made with royal icing made ahead of time.
The leaves are made of fondant. I made a nest using brown fondant and added almond candies as birds eggs.
