The dock is made out of tootsie rolls (rolled out), painted with brown food color. The fishing pole and the wood posts that the pelican is standing on, is made of fondant with a little bit of brown food coloring.
The BASS was also made of white fondant then colored to the correct coloring. I purchased the boat, duck, corks,and pelican at a local store.
Everyone loved this Bass Fishing Birthday Cake, my son especially.
