Homemade Batman Cake

I used a 12X16 cake pan and made a double layer cake. This Batman cake was huge! In the middle I had raspberry filling and made a cream cheese frosting using Wilton gel coloring.

This is wonderful stuff, a little goes a long ways. It was a very easy cake to make. And my 4 year old son loved it!

Shannon, I would love to make this cake for my 4 year old son's birthday...wondering if you would be able to give me further instructions on how you made the center logo and the coloring of the frosting...any help would be great!!
