Homemade Beach Birthday Cake
This Beach Birthday Cake was so much fun to make. The seashells are all made from chocolate. The flip flops are cake cut out from my daughte's flip flops.
I traced them and used the paper to cut out the cake. They are iced with buttercream and decorated with fondant. The sand is vanilla wafers chopped finely in a freezer bag with a rolling pin. The water is just blue food coloring in piping gel that I carefully smoothed onto the cake.
