My daughter turned 3 this year and I made her party on the beach, the kids loved it! I covered this Beach Birthday Cake with blue icing first, then made the doll, crab and palm tree from sugar paste (leaves with foam).
The ‘sand’ is Muscovado sugar. I added shark sweets and jelly beans for an extra touch. Got lots of praise.
