Homemade Beach Cake

I made this beach cake for my aunt who loves being on the beach. I looked on this web site for ideas and then threw in some things I thought about.

I started with the sand icing which is light brown icing. Then with a grass tip I did the grass corner. Then the ocean. For the ocean I spread it first then I just roughed it up a bit.

I crumbled cookies to sprinkle over the sand. I made a fire pit with raisins and candles. The beach towels are made out of fruit roll ups. I bought mini trees and fabric to make the hammock area.

This cake is very time consuming. So have some time on your hands.
