Southern Belle Cake

When my girls were little I made them Birthday Barbie cakes for years. I was talking with a friend from work and she mentioned that her sister teaches cake decorating.

Our conversation inspired me to bake a Barbie Belle cake for my daughter Kaitlin, who is now in university. The barbie birthday cake was a hit with her roommates.

I used the Barbie Wilton pan, and cake decorating food colour.
