Homemade Bob The Builder Birthday Cake

This Bob The Builder Birthday Cake was made using a silicone cake mould which I purchased from EBay. I used a standard sponge mixture which I doubled. The icing is all made from butter cream using Wilton colours as I think they go further and don't taste.

Top tip - if you are mixing your own colours it's best to mix more than you need as you'll never manage to make that same colour again! Also - if you use buttercream you can always freeze it or use it to ice cupcakes.
