Cool Homemade Bridal Shower Cake Design

I was asked to bake a Bridal Shower Cake Design for a friend of my sister. I had no clue of what to do.

I bakes a 14 inch round yellow cake for the bodice of the cake. I used the Wilton doll mold for the bride’s dress. I iced the entire cake with white buttercream icing.

I made marshmallow fondant, that I learned to make on youtube, to cover the entire cake. I dyed some of the fondant aqua and used a fondant flower cutout and trimmed the 14 inch round. I used both the large and small flower cutout to decorate the back of the dress. I dyed some of the leftover fondant black and covered a doll’s body. The roses and stems are made of gumpaste.

The Bride to be loved it and has requested me to back her wedding cake!
