Homemade Bumble Bee Birthday Cake

I got this Bumble Bee Birthday Cake idea from a few cakes on the site! I made this for my son's first birthday as his smash cake to use for his professional photos! His first birthday is a Bug Theme. The big cake for his party is a caterpillar! (also found ideas on this site)

I used half of a ball cake pan for the body, and I used a small Pyrex dish to make the head. I used a #21 icing star tip. Fondant is for the eyes, wings and tops of the antenna's! I dipped toothpicks into black icing to give them the black color. You just have to take the toothpicks out when the baby is ready to eat!
