Coolest Cardinal Fan Hat Cake

I made this Cardinal Fan Hat Cake for a friend I worked with, her husband is an avid Cardinal Baseball fan!

I made the cake out of 4 layers of chocolate cake made from scratch. I carved out the shape of the hat, and made the bill out of fondant that I let dry out for 2 days. I covered the frosted cake in fondant and made the Cardinal from fondant. Her husband was very happy with it!
