Homemade Care Bear Rainbow Cake
I made this Care Bear Rainbow Cake for my daughter's combined 3rd and 5th birthday party. They both asked for a rainbow cake and this is what I came up with.
The inside of the cake is also rainbow, done by dividing the batter into 6 small bowls and adding the colours I wanted. The cake is pipped using Betty Crocker creamy delux vanilla frosting, which I put in the fridge at the start of the day so it makes it easier to pipe.
I hope you all like my cake as I love how it turned out and I'm sure all the kids will love it too.
