I made a Castle Birthday Cake for a friend`s daughter`s 4th birthday party. I used Italian meringue buttercream frosting that I have learned from video tutorials. The towers are made out ice cream cones I dipped in melted chocolates and piped vines using tip 104 for the leaves and flowers. The girl just loved it.
