Castle Cake
This year I thought "right I'm going to make a cake and do something different" so I chose a fairy castle cake ,as my daughter is 3 and loves princesses and fairies. It wasn't to hard to make and I got great satisfaction from it when finished.
Basically it is made up of butter icing(coloured), ice cream cones for the towers, ice cream wafers for the gates, dessicated coconut(coloured) for the grass, and mini Swiss rolls for the towers with marshmallows on top.
It went down a treat,everybody loved it!
