I followed the instructions from this site on how to make a box cake more moist and yummy and it was great!! Thank you!
For this castle cake I used 1 box cake mix, 1 box instant pudding (same as cake type, chocolate cake/chocolate pudding), 1/2 cup vegetable oil,
1 cup water, 4 eggs and baked in a 350 oven for 35-45 min.
I made one square cake for the bottom and one round for the top (two boxes of choc. cake and 2 boxes choc. pudding). I put strawberries (frozen in syrup kind) and whipped cream in the middle. I frosted it with 2 cans pink strawberry frosting and 1 can white. I also added some pink sprinkles and various candies.
The spires were 5 pink plain cones and 5 regular sugar cones. I put a little white frosting and red licorice on them too. It wasn’t too hard to make, but did take some time. Everyone loved it and it tasted great too!
