Homemade Christmas Snowmen Cupcakes
These great Christmas Snowmen cupcakes are really easy to make but look impressive. I made these for my son's Christmas party at school and they went down a treat!
First make your cupcakes, any type will do. When the cupcakes have cooled down, ice them with white icing (icing sugar mixed with water).
Use fondant icing to make the head. This is really easy to do just roll the fondant icing into a ball shape, and put on top of cupcake when the icing has nearly set.
The eyes, mouth and buttons are just made by just dipping a cocktail stick into some black food colouring. You could always use silver balls for this instead.
The carrot noses and hats/scarfs are made with fondant icing and stuck on with icing. You can decorate them however you like, I made a few Santa hats for some and others wore winter bobble hats.
