Homemade Cinderella Birthday Cake
This Cinderella Birthday Cake was made by me for my daughter's 3rd birthday. I used one box of Duncan Heinz Chocolate Fudge cake and the top and bottom pans of a wedding cake set. The fondant used on the cake was Wilton's and started white and I tinted it myself with a few drops of Royal Blue coloring.
The circles were tinted with a few drops of True Red to get pink and I cut the letters free handed. It was easy to use and color. The topper was a Cinderella toy from Wal-Mart and was given to my daughter after the party.. She loved the cake and the topper and since it was my first attempt at a fondant covered cake I will try again next year.
