Coolest Cinderella Castle Birthday Cake Design

My daughter always loves Cinderella and princess castle so I made a Cinderella Castle Birthday Cake Design for her 5th birthday. I didn’t want to buy more pans so I used whatever pans I had to bake the cake.

I baked a square cake for the bottom part and a round cake for the upper level. I also used 2 cupcakes and an ice cream cone to make the main tower. Since the castle always has many towers so I used 4 pillar cake stands and ice cream cones to make more towers and arranged them around the castle to make the castle looked bigger.

I got used to decorate cakes with buttermilk cream so I made the cream with unsalted butter, fresh milk and sugar. I covered the ice cream cones with cream and rolled them over colored sugar. My daughter just loved the castle and thought it was the coolest castle cake.
