Coolest Circus Cake 12

Circus Cake
I baked 1 16" and 1 12" round cake and used a carousel 2-tier kit I found at the craft store. This circus cake requires dowels, I used wooden ones to hold the layers. The inside had confetti in the batter and I used the confetti frosting to decorate.
The clowns were piped on using a Wilton tip, the heads and balloons can be found at the craft store. I made med dots for the borders and start ip for the name. On top I placed an edible candy Happy Birthday also. It was an outdoor summer party so I picked a place close to home and went to get the cake from home, assembled it at the party.
It was a big hit!
