Homemade Cookie Monster Cake
I made this Cookie Monster cake for a second birthday party, it turned out really cute! I used the Wilton ball pan for his head, a smaller round cake for his neck and loaf pans for his arms (which I carved with a serrated knife to shape).
I used a LOT of royal blue and a little tiny bit of black, it took a LOT of blue to get it to the right color but keep adding, it'll get there! I used fondant balls for the eyes and Wilton pre-made black for the mouth and eye dots.
I used the grass tip for the "fur", pulling out, start in the back so you can get used to the tip and get the look you want, that way when you get to the front you have perfected your technique!
This cake was easy and fun, and it turned out really great!
