Homemade Diaper Cake

My friend is doing a jungle safari theme for her little boy's room. So I tried to keep it strictly that. Anything that I could find with that certain theme I bought and used for this diaper cake. From the diapers all the way down to the toothbrush.

I used size 2 diapers for the bottom layer. Layers 2,3 & 4 are all used with size 1. I wrapped each diaper individually then made bundles of four with a single diaper wrapped around each one. I then used blankets to wrap the bottom 3 layers and secured the ends together with diaper pins.

The top 3 layers are all built around a bottle bank filled with goodies. I used mint green lace around each layer which I used dressmaker pins to attach it. I also made washcloth lollipops. For the top I just took a hat and covered the diapers with it. This is my first one so I hope you all like it! I had a lot of fun doing it!
