I made this dinosaur cake for my grandson’s 3rd birthday, February 3rd. I got ideas from this site.
The cake is 2 9in cakes and 1 small 6in cake. I cut one of the 9in cakes in half and stood them side by side for the body and the rest of the cake was carved out of the remaining pieces.
The scales are fondant, the eyes are M&M’s and the nails are chocolate chips. It was my 1st third cake and I had fun making it.
Hi, love the Dino cake. I wanted to know how you colored the Dino green. what did you use. Also what are the spikes made out of.
