Homemade Dinosaur Cake

I started this Dinosaur cake with 2 round cakes. The center of the cake is 1 circle cut in two and the halves are sandwiched in a upright position.

The pieces are placed together to create the cake. I had trouble keeping the head up so it had to balance on a small cup. The spikes were some low calorie Oreo cookies. Chocolate chips for toes and M&M for eyes.

The cake was frosted in a tinted green and then sprayed green in various areas for effect.
