I made this Homemade Dolly Cake for a teacher leaving school. It is a vanilla cake. The back is covered in fondant icing and the front in butter icing which I coloured.
I then sprinkled the whole thing in masses of glitter. The cake I baked I did in a large perspex bowl to get the shape.
