Homemade Dolphin Birthday Cake

For this Dolphin Birthday Cake I made two tiers - one with a Wilton 6 inch pan and one with a Wilton 8 inch pan. It is covered with blue marshmallow fondant and the fish and dolphins on the cake are also made out of fondant.

I sprayed the fondant with blue and yellow food color spray and the shells are actual seashells, also sprayed with food color spray.
